Though I am not quite sure whether this one will be considered as a YA or an NA title, it for sure sounds intriguing. It sounds like it's part thriller, part love story, which sounds exactly like something I love. The whole prostitution aspect is something I haven't really come across before in contemporary YA, which kind of makes me think that this probably verges more on New Adult than Young Adult. But whatever genre categorization it receives, I am in!

Why?

After the awesomeness that is Ready Player One, anything Ernest Cline comes up with will be interesting for me. This one sounds epic, imaginative and action-packed and I am sure it will be just as detailed and well written as Ready Player One.

Why? 

 I love anything that has to do with court politics so the fact that this has to do with an ancient line of witches and magic is like the icing on the cake for me. It sounds like an adventure full of deceit, forbidden love, and limitless power. I personally CANNOT wait!!

I love the fact that, according to the synopsis, the main character seems to be someone who is okay with her body and comfortable with herself and the way she looks. Only that would make me want to read this one! And when you add the fact that the synopsis makes a reference to "a hot former jock"... I AM SOLD! Plus, the cover is just fabulous - the 'go big or go home' tagline works!

Like It Never Happened by Emily Adrian

I have always loved books that center around theatre! And what makes 'Like It Never Happened' even more exciting is the fact that the plot is built around the production of Miller's The Crucible, which is one of my favorite plays.

The Wrath and the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh

Shazi is determined to uncover the reason for the murders and to break the cycle once and for all.

As if the promise of a murder mystery and dramatic court politics aren't enough to make me NEED this book. I heard the writing is absolutely poetic and to die for (no pun intended...well maybe a lil' intended). The cover is also quite stunning; don't you think? This is in my top 5 "wants" for the year!
