Jason Bourne meets The Sopranos in this breathtaking adventure
Sara Jane Rispoli is a normal sixteen-year-old coping with school and a budding romance--until her parents and brother are kidnapped and she discovers her family is deeply embedded in the Chicago Outfit (aka the mob).
Now on the run from a masked assassin, rogue cops and her turncoat uncle, Sara Jane is chased and attacked at every turn, fighting back with cold fury as she searches for her family. It's a quest that takes her through concealed doors and forgotten speakeasies--a city hiding in plain sight. Though armed with a .45 and 96K in cash, an old tattered notebook might be her best defense--hidden in its pages the secret to "ultimate power." It's why she's being pursued, why her family was taken, and could be the key to saving all of their lives.
Action packed, with fresh, cinematic writing, Cold Fury is a riveting and imaginative adventure readers will devour.

ReplyDeleteMe too. What I wouldn't give to visit Scotland. :)
DeleteI live in Romania and it's fricking hot these days! One can hardly go outside without a hat or umbrella, let alone tons of water - let's just say there are over 39 degrees Celsius in here... Guess I really love autumnal rainy days... ;)

DeleteIt's not as hot as it has been...in the mid 80's, thank goodness! Winter doesn't normally get too cold...30's.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like perfect weather books4me! Thanks for stopping by an:)posting. :)
DeleteGosh, it's a boiling oven in Cyprus right now. Not complaining about the tan, but the combination of heat+humidity is terrible, especially if you fix your hair and go out... the resulting frizz after a few hours is *not* attractive, and even hairspray can't seem to do anything!
ReplyDeleteLOL Natasa! Your comment made me smile because that's exactly how I would react after fixing my hair and having the humidity mess it all up. Thank you for the post. :D
DeleteRight now at 11am is 30 degrees Celsius in Cyprus and getting hotter. Not complaining though, I love summer :)
ReplyDeleteI love summer too when it isn't too hot lol. Good luck!
DeleteIt's flippin' HOT! Too hot!! I don't like hot weather, I love the cold and the snow <3. I can't wait till Winter! But I'm from Georgia and it doesn't get very cold here but I still enjoy it much better than the summer.
ReplyDeleteI just moved to where it snows and I cannot wait for winter! I am with you I like sunshine and the summer but winter is my fav =) Good luck!
DeleteRight now it is just way too hot where I am. I don't mind warm weather but the temps in the 100's are taking it a little too far :P Spring and summer are still my favorite seasons though : )
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of 100 degree heat either lol. I like 60's =) Good luck!!
DeleteNow it's rainy season here in the Philippines :((
ReplyDeleteI like the rain as long as I am inside lol. =)
DeleteHot and full of drought! We'd love some of that rain ;)
ReplyDeleteI hope you get rain soon! Good luck!
DeleteI moved to the east coast (New Engalnd) of the United States in order to escape the desert heat of southern California's Mojave desert, and yet its been like 90 degrees (f) and humid ALL SUMMER. Super gross.
ReplyDeleteSuch a bummer! I hope it cools off for you soon!!
DeleteVery HOT!! I live in the south western part of Colorado. Besides being hot it has been very dry. We could really use the rain but not to much at once because then we will have flooding :/ It has been a heck of a summer.
ReplyDeleteI live in CO too! We are finally starting to cool off, but from what everybody tells me it has been a hot summer for CO. I am from Houston so anything under 100 is nice lol. I agree about the rain! Thanks for posting =D

DeleteThe next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I actually thought you have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention.
